Founded in 2002, the Glenwood Avenue Arts Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary year in 2022 -- join us on the north side of Chicago in August!

Located at the intersection of Glenwood and Morse avenues in Rogers Park’s Glenwood Avenue Arts District, GAAF is a free, weekend-long street festival featuring more than 120 visual artists, live arts demonstrations, open studios, live entertainment on multiple stages, a Kids Fest activities area, and craft beer and food vendors representing neighborhood restaurants.

Artist booth applications are now being accepted for GAAF 2022, which will take place on the weekend of August 19-21, 2022.

The weekend kicks off with a concert from 6-10 p.m. on Friday night, followed by the art fair on Saturday and Sunday.  Artist participation on Friday is optional; you're invited to have some fun before getting down to business on Saturday and Sunday.

All artwork available for sale must be designed and made by or under the direct supervision of the booth artist(s).  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis in the order received.  Some categories fill more quickly than others so submit your application as early as possible.
Accepted artists will receive an invoice for the booth fee and any rental items (tent, tables, chairs).

We’re looking forward to presenting GAAF without restrictions this year but event conditions are subject to change based on future updates of the City of Chicago’s public health guidelines.
